Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC at Getronics
Role Overview : Sales Director – APAC will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across key markets in APAC. This role demands a strategic sales leader with deep regional experience and a strong background in ICT / Managed Services. The successful candidate will inherit and manage an existing sales team and will also be expected to recruit and build new capabilities as the region scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the regional sales strategy across APAC
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and mid-market segments
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth
- Set and achieve aggressive sales targets aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success and market relevance
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to the executive team
- Represent the company at regional industry events and forums
