Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partner based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals, manage operational processes, and drive business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, fostering partnerships, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The role also involves contributing to sustainable growth by identifying business opportunities and optimizing workflow systems.

• Business acumen and experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and performance evaluation
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborations, build partnerships, and engage with stakeholders
• Operational expertise to manage resources, streamline workflows, and optimize organizational effectiveness
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and achieve long-term objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and lead initiatives effectively
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in the media or digital news industry is beneficial but not mandatory
