• To promote AE Products and Services to equipment owners.
• To actively promote AE merchandising programmes and seasonal campaigns.
• Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year)
• To foster good customer relations and assist customer on AE equipment maintenance.
• To coordinate on equipment, parts and service quotations with respective departments.
• Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation.
• To assist sales, parts and service department on technical information when required.
• Prepares Sales Calls Reports
• Identifies Customer Needs
• Participate in every quotation requested by customers
• Promotes our Product emphasizing on Features and Overall Values
• Works with Sales Mgr / Exec / Exec to conduct Production Studies (FPC) as required
• Overcomes Objections and Obtain Orders
• Follows up on Stocks and Deliveries
• Provides Information on Customers Operation and Requirements
• Identifies Product as well as Product Support Problems
• Helps to resolve customer problems
