Operation Manager

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Retail Marketing / Business / Communication or equivalent.
• At least 3 years and above of working experience in the retailing business is required for this position.
• Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words, Power Point).
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, verbal & written communication skills, listening skills.
• Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities： - To ensure smooth running of daily outlets operation.- Responsible for managing the department to ensure smooth running of the operations and targets sets are achieved.
