Requirements
- At least Diploma in Retail Marketing / Business / Communication or equivalent.
- At least 3 years and above of working experience in the retailing business is required for this position.
- Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words, Power Point).
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, verbal & written communication skills, listening skills.
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - To ensure smooth running of daily outlets operation.- Responsible for managing the department to ensure smooth running of the operations and targets sets are achieved.
To manage a sales team in achieving sales targets.To drive capabilities across the sales team- Coordinate in store product training with suppliers and ensure full attendanceCarry out routines in according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including opening & closing of the outletTo oversee and manage the level of in store inventory, new products, visual merchandizing, collateral materials, outlet cleanliness and customer complaints and returns.- Ensure staff are fully trained and competent in all product knowledge.Able to manage and supervise a team of sales personnelSet daily and weekly sales targets and drive for achievementBenefits
