Position Overview

The Head of Supply Chain & Logistics will oversee all supply chain, procurement, and logistics activities to ensure seamless support for aircraft operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall procurement and logistics strategy.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation for UAV components, avionics, payloads, and ground‑support systems.
• Oversee import / export operations, customs compliance, and logistics coordination with international suppliers.
• Establish and maintain robust procurement processes, documentation standards, and ERP data accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, and cost trends; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to support R&D and production schedules.
• Manage inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and material flow for assembly and testing operations.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing procurement and logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with aviation authority requirements and export control regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, supplier performance, and budget adherence.
