Job Description

Purpose of Job : Responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

• Lead Generation and Conversion Support : Create strategies to generate and nurture leads.
• Support the sales team by providing marketing collateral, insights, and tender answering support.
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of marketing tools.

Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Science background with Biotec, Bio-sciences, etc. will be an added advantage.
