Overview
We are a growing F&B group operating multiple café, bakery, and restaurant concepts across the Klang Valley. Our brands are known for combining creativity with consistency, and we are now looking for a Pastry Head Chef to join our team.
This role can be based at an outlet level or a group production level depending on your experience and capability. The focus is on R&D innovation and large-scale pastry & bakery production .
Location : Selangor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pastry & bakery operations covering cakes, viennoiserie, breads, cookies, and plated desserts.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menus in line with business direction.
- Manage high-volume production planning with strict quality consistency.
- Oversee costing, wastage control, inventory, and kitchen workflow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train and mentor pastry team members to elevate skills and performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef (Pastry & Bakery) in outlet service or central production.Strong R&D background with ability to innovate and commercialize recipes.Experienced in managing large-scale pastry or bakery production.Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Willing to work hands-on in both R&D and daily production.Based in Selangor – own transport is required.Outlet-level hires must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.What We Offer
