Role Description Responsible for driving sales of the company’s media products by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Requires strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. With 2 years of experience in a related field Proven experience in media sales, digital marketing, or social media advertising. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and their advertising features. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to develop winning advertising campaigns. Responsibility : Promote and sell advertising packages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Develop customized sales proposals aligned with clients’ marketing objectives and budgets. Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, and creative) to deliver effective social media campaigns. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth execution of campaigns within timelines. Stay updated on social media trends and advertising strategies to offer innovative solutions. Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and follow-ups. Identify, approach, and onboard clients interested in social media advertising solutions.
