Job Description
Follow service level agreements for incoming buyer chats.Meet the daily KPIs set by the regional team.Provide excellent customer service and support customer needs through live chat.Work with other departments like Customer Service, Warehouse, or Logistics to solve customer issues.Handle a high number of customer inquiries in a professional way.Take responsibility for customer issues, including operational problems.Requirements
Good in speaking and writing English & Malay.Work experience in customer service.Able to commit to at least 12 months of work.Comfortable with warehouse working hours and shifts.Preferably have your own transport or be able to travel to the warehouse.Salary : RM2,500
