Internship - Fleet Management

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in fleet operations, reporting, and process improvement. You will work closely with the Fleet Management Office (FMO) and support daily operations while gaining valuable industry knowledge located in Kempas Johor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the Company's ISO 9001 : 2015 implementation activities.
• Support the Fleet Management Office (FMO) in monitoring fuel consumption, Touch 'n Go usage, and Autopass usage.
• Assist in updating records for GPS vehicle monitoring and tracking.
• Help prepare simple reports for Domestic Inquiry related to fuel, Touch 'n Go, and Autopass usage.
• Assist in recording vehicles' routine services, tyre replacement, and movement of engine oil and rims.
• Support FMO in preparing reports for communication with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, or government agencies.
• Assist in collecting and organizing information on vehicle-related expenses and equipment usage.
• Assist in managing reload station activities for Touch 'n Go.
• Support 5S activities in the workplace, including report filing and documentation.
• Any ad hoc assigned by HOD.
