QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Any Related Field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a patrolling officer or similar role.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-discipline and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge of computer literacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start in a short notice period is a plus.
- Must have valid driving licenses B2 and D.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to patrol the assigned assignments.Responsible to attend roll call / meetings / discussion / site visit.Responsible to manage manpower at the assigned assignments.Responsible to make sure the required equipment's / client's needs as stated in agreements are fulfilled.Responsible to brief / motivate / planning / coordinating the workers.Responsible to prepare all the required Documents incident report.Responsible to provide proper information to Superior / Branch Manager / HQ.Assist in employee hiring / firing process.Attend / Answer to all incoming telephone calls / emails / enquiries and update information accordingly.Responsible to handle workers grievances & complaints at assigned assignments.Provide monthly report as required by superior.Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.Ensures to perform as per company policies and procedures.Keeping a private and confidential matters for the department.To perform any ad-hoc task that will be assigned from time to time.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
