Business Development Operations (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Job descriptionFacilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new SPayLater merchants. Ensure all required documents and compliance checks are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any onboarding issues. Maintain accurate merchant tagging to ensure proper classification and segmentation. Conduct periodic data audits and housekeeping to ensure data integrity. Provide insights and reports based on merchant data for business decision-making. Assist in handling merchant inquiries related to SPayLater onboarding, tagging, and operations. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex matters to relevant teams. Ensure prompt resolution of merchant concerns to enhance their experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or merchant acquisition (preferred). Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
About The Team
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Operations to support the acquisition and onboarding of SPayLater merchants. This role will be responsible for managing sales campaigns, ensuring smooth merchant onboarding, maintaining merchant data accuracy, and assisting with first-level (L1) merchant support. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and a problem solving mindset to enhance operational efficiency and merchant experience.

- Support the setup and execution of sales campaigns aimed at acquiring new SPayLater merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.
