Job descriptionIdentify, assess, and establish strategic partnerships to support fintech market development, focusing on education, awareness, and ecosystem engagement to address key industry issues. Collaborate with partners and internal departments to implement partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with SC’s innovation and market development objectives. Oversee and coach team members in allocated tasks and to achieve KPIs and departmental goals. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics Strong partnership and stakeholders' management skills. Good analytical background in research and analysis. Strong written and verbal communications skills, with proven ability to collaborate with other teams. Versatile and able to work under time pressure. 6+ years of working experience Experience in digital economy sector, especially fintech with understanding of the ecosystem and network in the industry. Experience in leading innovation event / program a strong plus. Mid-Senior level Full-time Management and Project Management Financial Services and Capital Markets
Spearhead ecosystem development to drive innovation in capital market, by positioning and implementing SCxSC as a platform for innovation policy dialogue, and fostering collaboration across key stakeholders – including industry players, government agencies, and the digital ecosystem – to advance the SC’s digital innovation agenda.
Main Accountabilities
Innovation Ecosystem Engagement Program
- Strategically curate SCxSC programs to align with the SC’s key policy domains—such as digital assets, tokenisation, and emerging innovations—serving as a platform to gather policy insights, build capacity, and source solutions for capital market challenges.
- Lead execution of SCxSC programs , including speaker and partner engagement, participant management, communications planning, logistics coordination, and budget oversight.
- Produce actionable insights and outcomes from the dialogue, and ensure effective dissemination through publications and targeted communication channels.
