Job descriptionBertanggung jawab untuk mengagihkan (sorting) barangan di tempat yang ditentukan untuk penggunaan department terlibat (sushi, delica, bakery) berdasarkan oleh document yang disediakan oleh penyelia. Bertanggung jawab untuk memgagihkan (sorting) dan menghantar barangan kepada MMD untuk dihantar ke outlet AEON & Aeon big berdasarkan document yang telah disediakan oleh penyelia. Memastikan semua barangan yang diagihkan menepati prosedur yang ditetapkan (kuantiti, kualiti dan tarikh luput) Bertanggungjawab memastikan semua maklumat yang diperlukan di isi di dalam document yang telah disediakan oleh penyelia. Bertanggungjawab melaporkan kepada penyelia jika terdapat barangan yang tidak mencukupi. Bertanggungjawab untuk memeriksa dan mencatat suhu tempat penyimpanan barangan setiap 4 jam. Bertanggungjawab melaporkan kepada penyelia jika terdapat bacaan yang tidak menepati suhu yang ditetapkan.
Pengurusan tempat penyimpanan barang
- Bertanggungjawab untuk tugasan yang melibatkan proses penerimaan barang dan penyusunan barang mengikut lokasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh penyelia.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan semua barangan yang diterima disusun ke dalam tempan penyimpanan mengikut keutamaan , kategori & tempat yang betul.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan semua barang yang diterima disusun mengikut FIFO / FIFE.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk menjalankan proses mengenalpasti tarikh luput setiap barang dan melaporkan kepada penyelia jika terdapat barangan yang hampir tarikh luput.
