Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Account Executive to oversee the financial health and operations of our company with a primary focus on driving the success of our new agriculture venture. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, accounting, vendor and procurement management, project financial reporting, and budgeting processes. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis :

Develop and implement effective financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Oversee day‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost‑efficiency.

Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process.

Design and implement comprehensive plans to secure funding from various sources, including investors, banks and grant providers.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.
