Finance & Account Associate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the Finance and Account Department.
• Responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to be carried out smoothly.
• Manage and prepare full set of accounts.
• Manage key transaction work streams including direct liaison with regional work.
• Prepare financial budget, cash flow forecast, analyses and monthly financial reports to Management.
• Monitor and prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Work closely with Directors, Managers and staff in all operation matters relating to finance, especially in timely collections of audit fees.
• Liaise with external auditor and Mazars Tax Expertise regarding annual statutory reporting and tax submission.
• Assist with ad-hoc work as required.
