Job description :
- Co-ordinate the activity of the Housekeeping department
- Keep record on room status, lost & found, purchases, inventory, accidents, repairs and cleaning.
- Ensure all storage areas are safe and secure.
- Handle guest complaint courteously and efficiently
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are well maintained at the required cleaning standard
- To perform other ad-hoc duties when required

Pay : RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
