Production Clerk - Assembly

Responsibilities

• Material Planning & Procurement - Plan and track raw material availability, including cables and accessories. Coordinate with purchasing and store to prevent shortages.
• Assembly Process Scheduling - Update assembly progress. Identify and report potential risks that could affect on-time delivery. Coordinate with PPC to ensure the latest updates on schedule changes and support the manager in handling the impact.
• Tool & Equipment Management - Monitor assembly tools and equipment usage. Report tooling needs or replacements required for smooth operations.
• Assembly Store Management - Maintain records of inventory for assembly-related items. Ensure timely supply of parts and materials to the assembly team.
• Others - Other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
