Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients; act as a point of escalation to ensure customer satisfaction .
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.
• Prepare and present competitive quotes, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct pre- and post‑sales consultations to ensure successful onboarding and continued client engagement .
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ strategies, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches and offerings.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts , performance reports, and strategic plans.
• Set clear sales targets, design incentive structures, and drive team performance to exceed objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build networks.
