Role Description

We are looking for a

Junior Account Executive

to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting processes. Your main responsibilities will include handling a full set of accounts, tax compliance, payroll processing, invoicing, and financial reporting. You will also work closely with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Beyond accounting, you will support the Centre Manager with administrative tasks, maintain the School Management System, assist franchisees with financial matters, and oversee inventory and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration.
• Possess LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
• Experience in handling SST, EPF, SOCSO, and payroll is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
• Hands-on and proactive, able to support centre operations when needed.
