Overview
Rotational Training : Participate in a structured 24-month rotational program, exposing to key functions within insurance operations, including underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration .
Responsibilities
- Underwriting Support : Collaborate with seasoned underwriters to assess and evaluate insurance applications, contributing to the decision-making process.
- Claims Processing : Gain practical experience in claims processing, handling claims from initiation to resolution while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Policy Administration : Contribute to policy administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Data Analysis : Apply analytical skills to evaluate data related to insurance operations, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Projects : Collaborate on projects that span multiple departments, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the insurance business.
Qualifications & Requirements
Open to bachelor\'s degree graduates in any discipline.1st class or CGPA of 3.5 & above is preferred.Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is a must to support HK region.Outward mentality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving industry practices.Forward thinker in anticipating potential problems and providing proactive solutions promptly.Openness to learning new methodologies and ways of automation.Willing to work in Cyberjaya .The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar .Location & Calendar
