Develop and enhance the company’s internal training system, including onboarding and professional skill training programs.
Lead training needs analysis and formulate annual training plans, ensuring effective implementation.
Design and deliver diverse training programs (both online and offline), ensuring quality standards and budget control.
Manage HRD Corp–related training programs and compliance requirements.
Conduct post-training evaluations and promote the effective application of learning outcomes in daily operations.
Support corporate culture development and contribute to building an employee empowerment framework.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Education, or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Training implementation.
Solid understanding of training system development and organizational development; strong course design and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and data analysis abilities.
Capable of independently designing and conducting bilingual (English-Chinese) training programs.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia for training delivery is an advantage.
