Your impact

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Data Center BIM Lead to drive BIM execution across complex data center projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), with a strong understanding of data center engineering principles and design coordination processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM projects using Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Facilitate design coordination, clash detection, and resolution across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), workflows, and standards tailored to data center projects.
• Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure design integrity and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent model development and coordination across time zones.
• Communicate project coordination issues effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Support digital engineering initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and tools.
