Main duties :
Assist doctor in all aesthetics and cosmetic procedures.
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Provide professional skincare counselling to patient.
Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement
Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.
Other Duties :
Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time / which consultation room.
Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.
Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)
Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.
Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
11.Other tasks as required from time to time under the direction of superior.
Requirement :
Minimum with certificate in any field or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
Aesthetic Experience added advantage

Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
