Trade Marketing Executive - Promotion & Premium Gift

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating promotion, activations and develop premium gifts that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotion & Premium Planning : Develop annual trade promotion calendar with attractive offers, bundles, and premium gifts.
• Trade Execution : Oversee POSM and ensure branding is consistent in all outlets. Monitor promotion rollouts across events, pet shops, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.
• Retail Activation : collaborate with retail partners to design and implement in-store promotions, product display, and point-of-sale materials that enhance shopper experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and execution.
• Budget Management : Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of event-related materials and services.
