Work closely with creators to make content that slaps and hits KPIs. Handle timelines, budgets, approvals, and last-minute changes. Be a hype squad + mentor to junior team members. Own the campaign. Start to finish. Have 3–5 years of experience in account management or campaign servicing. Know TikTok, Insta, YouTube, and what’s trending before it’s on your auntie’s Facebook. Speak fluent “client” and “creator” — and can translate between both. Love managing details, chasing timelines, and pulling off a great campaign like a magician. Are confident with proposals, decks, and can present like a pro. Can keep your cool when things get last min. Bonus : You love memes, creators, and being in the heart of internet culture.
