Client Relationship Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager
to join our team. This role requires a strong background in
premium client servicing within the banking / financial industry , with the ability to converse fluently in
Mandarin and English
to support our growing base of Chinese clients. Job Responsibilities : Serve as the primary contact for clients across all products. Manage onboarding and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery. Anticipate and address client needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly. Proactively cross-sell relevant products and services based on client profiles. Maintain client records, communication logs, and service reports. Develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty, including appreciation initiatives and relationship-building activities. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and service delivery. Ensure all client interactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and upholding compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in
client relationship / premium service management
within the banking or financial services industry. Fluency in Mandarin
(spoken and written) is essential to effectively serve Chinese clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
