We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Key Account Executive to manage and grow our business with key retail partners across multiple regions. This role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to achieve sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and ensure strong execution in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
- Achieve sales, growth, and distribution targets for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement annual business and promotional plans with key customers.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and propose actionable strategies.
- Coordinate new product listings, pricing updates, RTV (return-to-vendor), and trade promotions.
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution and stock availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards, visibility, and compliance with planograms.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or Beauty industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.Willing to travel within assigned regions when required.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Possess own transport and valid driving license.Benefits
