Key Account Executive

Job descriptionBuild and run the account calendar (listings / listings, NPD launches, promo phasing, price changes, displays, planograms). Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Develop channel strategies to determine the most effective selling formats and methods. Manage customer portfolios to achieve sales targets, service levels, DSO, market share, and distribution coverage. Prepare impactful customer sell-in decks and lead negotiations on promo mechanics, placements, and displays. Identify and secure new listings with supermarkets, retailers, and mini-marts to expand distribution. Control A&P / trade spend and accruals to optimize ROI. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Ensure timely validation and submission of promo / scan claims, debit notes (DNs), RTVs, and shortage claims.
