Road Operation Attendant

Job descriptionRepresent the company as a front‑liner serviceman and provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to road users. Collect road charges from vehicles ensuring that the amount collected is in accordance with vehicle classification class rate. Check and ensure that the equipment is functioning well prior to the beginning of the shift and report any malfunction promptly. Receive and report any information and complaints from road users. Carry out administrative tasks related to the Road Charge System and support day‑to‑day road charge operation. Assist to support day‑to‑day road charge operation and provide general administrative support to operations. Attend customer enquiries when required and / or perform other ad‑hoc tasks from operation.
