About the role

As a Project Coordinator at ID Channel Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of interior design projects. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will involve coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. What you'll be doing

Liaise closely with clients, designers, and contractors to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and project team activities Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and progress reports Assist with procurement and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations and generating reports Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects align with client requirements and expectations What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and contractors Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset A collaborative and team-oriented approach About us
