Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all daily site activities.

Ensure work progress follows drawings, schedule, and specifications.

Check workmanship quality and materials delivered to site.

Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and worker discipline.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Prepare site reports and progress updates to Project / Contract Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building or construction site supervision.

Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.

Possess own transport and willing to work full-time at site.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
