Sales & Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales & Support Executive to promote and support our accounting software solutions. The role involves engaging with potential clients to introduce our products, handling sales processes, and providing after-sales technical support and training to ensure client satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.    Sales :

• Identify, contact, and engage potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate accounting software solutions to clients (online or onsite).
• Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2.    Support :

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related fields.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.

Experience in software sales or support is preferred (fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with technology, software systems, and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
