IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Posting Date : 08 Aug 2025 | Close Date : 06 Nov 2025 IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Job Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site PC support
• Provide extended help (i.e. Resolution / Escalation) to Helpdesk team and Remote IS
• Involve in operation support and support various functional duties (i.e. Helpdesk, Network and Data Centre)
• Participate in infrastructure projects as and when require
• Perform pre-defined Systems administrative tasks
• Provide training to users Document system and user manual, operational procedures
• Maintain IT inventory
• Interface between users and IS team for request and issue
• Provide daily operation support
• Travel to Singapore for IT Support as and when required Job Requirements :
• Diploma in Information System or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of IT experiences on PC support (i.e. Microsoft Windows 7 / 10 etc.; Office Applications etc.)
• Possess Knowledge in Networking; Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Server (i.e. Active Directory; Exchange etc.)
• Preferably certified with MCSA
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with good ability to learn new skills
• Initiative to improve service level
