Senior Risk Analyst, Commercial Banking

Requirements

• To manage, improve and implement the Group Risk management frameworks, policies and procedures, perform the portfolio review and reporting the broad spectrum of risks associated with the business activities of Commercial Banking.
• To provide risk advisory and ensure that Risk Management concepts, methodologies, and tools are well understood and consistently applied by the Business Unit. Additionally, to collaborate with Business Unit in developing high-level strategies and undertake analysis for managing capital (RWA) growth, maintaining asset quality and overall portfolio management.
• To create awareness and ensure adherence to the ESG requirements that Business Unit need to comply such as RACs, ESG screening and BNM CCPT assessment.
• To review credit risk report such as Asset Quality (AQ) to identify EWS triggers, that may indicate potential credit deterioration for further deliberation and mitigation at relevant AQ meetings.
• To provide guidance on best practices in risk management, conduct peer benchmarking, identify and manage emerging risks and develop risk scenarios tailored specifically to the business.
