Job descriptionDiploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project coordination Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities as assigned by the Project or Construction Manager
- Monitor sub-contractor progress and performance on-site
- Coordinate and oversee daily site operations
- Organize the workforce for specific work activities
- Report non-conformance issues to the QA / QC Engineer and propose corrective actions
- Ensure all equipment is in good condition and meets operational requirements
- Verify that all materials are in good condition and ready for use
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
- Coordinate site works with sub-contractors
