Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR team and business units. As a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and business units in the areas of hiring, talent acquisition, learning & development, succession planning, and manpower planning.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective sourcing solutions.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline, especially for critical and expansion related roles.
2. Manpower Planning
Assist in preparing and monitoring the manpower plan in line with business expansion.Track headcount against plan budgets and highlight variances.Provide workforce data and insights to support business decisions.3. Learning & Development (L&D)
Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with business managers.Coordinate L&D activities, including scheduling, vendor liaison, and evaluation.Support the implementation of employee development programs and career pathways.Maintain training records and provide reports on training effectiveness.4. Succession Planning & Talent Management
Support Senior / Manager in identifying high-potential employees and critical positions.Assist in maintaining talent profiles and succession plans.Track career development initiatives and follow up on individual development plans.Provide administrative and coordination support for talent review sessions.5. Stakeholder Engagement & HR
Act as the first point of contact for business units on HR and talent matters.Support HR programs on performance management, employee engagement, and retention.Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and updates for management.Collaborate with managers to align HR practices with operational needs.Monitor staff punctuality and discipline, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation when necessary.Requirements :
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.1 - 5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, L&D, or HR business partnering (advantage).Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, strong organizational and coordination skills.Analytical ability to interpret workforce and training data.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems (an advantage).Job Type : Full-time
