Job Responsibilities :
- Respond to online inquiries from overseas customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle customer-related inquiries and process work orders.
- Identify and report recurring or abnormal customer issues to relevant departments, and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Complete customer service review tasks with attention to detail and maintain accurate records.

We are seeking candidates fluent in Mandarin and English to provide customer support to our diverse client base. This bilingual ability is essential for effective communication and service delivery.
Work Schedule
Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
Shift hours follow Malaysia time : 23 : 00–07 : 00 (night shift) / 07 : 00–15 : 00 (day shift).The schedule includes 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts per week, with 2 days off.Please note that night shifts will be conducted on-site at the company office.Communication & Problem-Solving

At least 2 years of customer service experience.
