Penerangan pekerjaanShift hours follow Malaysia time : 23 : 00–07 : 00 (night shift) / 07 : 00–15 : 00 (day shift). The schedule includes 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts per week, with 2 days off. Please note that night shifts will be conducted on-site at the company office. Able to understand and address customer needs accurately and efficiently. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and solving problems proactively. Able to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others. Experience in auto insurance or vehicle maintenance is a plus. Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and communication tools.
Job Responsibilities :
- Respond to online inquiries from overseas customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle customer-related inquiries and process work orders.
- Identify and report recurring or abnormal customer issues to relevant departments, and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Complete customer service review tasks with attention to detail and maintain accurate records.

Language Skills
