Overview

Lead in the modernization and innovation of legacy banking applications by designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with Biz goals under Biz Innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform core banking systems and integrate new digital capabilities, ensuring seamless migration towards next-generation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop enhancements to legacy banking systems, focusing on modular, scalable, and cloud-compatible solutions.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and user stories.
• Lead the development of mission-critical banking services, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain quality and reliability.
• Work within agile teams to deliver features rapidly while managing technical debt and legacy constraints.
• Integrate legacy systems with new cloud-native services and APIs to enable digital transformation.
