What You’ll Be Responsible For Site Supervision & Quality Assurance Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure they comply with approved samples or specifications. Verify workmanship quality at all construction stages to ensure compliance with industry standards and developer expectations.

Contract Compliance Ensure contractors and subcontractors strictly follow the terms of the construction contract. Identify any deviations from approved drawings or specifications and report them to the project manager or consultant.

Progress Monitoring Track and record progress of construction works. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the developer or project consultant. Highlight delays, bottlenecks, or potential risks that could affect timelines or budget.

Coordination & Communication Liaise between the developer, consultants, main contractor, and other stakeholders. Attend site meetings, inspections, and testing sessions as required. Facilitate clear communication to resolve technical or on-site issues promptly.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance Observe and report on-site health and safety practices. Ensure the contractor complies with all site safety rules and environmental requirements. Report unsafe practices or accidents to the developer and relevant authorities.

Defects Management Identify and document any defects or poor workmanship during construction. Monitor rectification works to ensure defects are properly addressed. Assist with final inspections and handover procedures.

Record Keeping & Documentation Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, work progress, and material deliveries. Ensure all site correspondence, photographs, and approvals are properly documented and filed.

What We’re Looking For

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

At least minimum of 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in building projects.

Familiar with Conquas and / or Qlassic assessment certification, the methodology and job description.

Experienced and familiar with the latest construction methods, materials, and procedures per high-end residential / commercial development projects.

Membership in the Institute of Clerk of Works Malaysia (ICW Malaysia) is an added advantage

Valid CIDB Green Card for site access

Other Skills Desired

Good communication skills to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; some roles may require familiarity with defect management apps)
