Job description

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Specialist for a multinational pharmaceutical company, with a legacy of more than 15 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to : Sales Manager
Location : Selangor
Team size : 25
Work mode : Hybrid

the role

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and pharmacists to drive product awareness and preference.

Conduct impactful product presentations and educational sessions for medical professionals, effectively communicating clinical data, benefits, and competitive advantages of our portfolio.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable market insights to internal teams for product development and marketing strategies.

the experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of proven, successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Deep understanding of the Malaysian pharmaceutical market, including regulatory environments, key stakeholders, and established sales channels.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific and commercial information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
