Business Development Senior Executive

Kemi Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Senior Executive to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving new business growth and development for our company. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, as well as maintaining and growing our existing customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, services, customers, etc. And / or new ways of serving existing markets.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
• Identify and research the needs of the potential customers.
• Attend sales enquiries, orders, and customer feedback, prepare quotations and attend related meetings.
• To follow up / monitor order progress to achieve monthly / annual sales targets.
• Work tactically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
