Requirements :

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–8 years FMCG / key account experience, with proven track record in handling Watsons.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven personality.

    • Scopes :

    Strategic / Key Account Manager (Modern Trade / Retail Chains)

    Location : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

    Salary : RM7,000 – RM10,000 per month

    Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 30am – 6 : 00pm | Saturday, 9 : 30am – 1 : 30pm (5.5 days / week)

    Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key retail accounts, especially Watsons, to drive sales and brand growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies, trade promotions, and business plans.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and partners to secure long-term business.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business review reports.
