We are launching a new specialty coffee and drinks chain and are looking for passionate

Senior Baristas

and

Experienced Coffee Roasters

to join our founding team. Whether you excel behind the espresso machine or at the roasting station, we want individuals who take pride in their craft and want to grow with an ambitious new brand. You will play a key role in :

Upholding and improving

coffee quality standards

across beverages and roasts Leading and mentoring

junior team members in daily café operations Managing

workflow and efficiency

in bar or roasting environments Working closely with management on

bean sourcing, roast profiles, and product development Requirements

3–5 years’ experience as a

Barista ,

Roaster , or both (preferably in café chains or specialty coffee setups) Strong understanding of

espresso calibration ,

brewing techniques , and / or

roast development Leadership and communication skills to guide a growing team Passion for quality, experimentation, and consistency Full-time availability and willingness to take ownership of store / roroastery performance Compensation
