Campaign & Client Management
Campaign Coordination – Collaborate with clients (internal or external) to understand campaign objectives and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their branding and long-term business goals.
Initiative Development – Develop and implement marketing initiatives to capitalise on business opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis – Prepare monthly marketing and campaign performance reports for management and clients.
Budget Management – Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within cost targets.
Resource Coordination – Liaise with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Documentation – Maintain comprehensive project documentation for campaigns and marketing activities.
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Content Creation – Plan, produce, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other platforms.
Trend Analysis – Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
Influencer Management – Identify and engage influencers to increase brand visibility.
Brand Consistency – Ensure all content and campaigns reflect the brand's identity and tone of voice.
Community Engagement – Respond to messages, comments, and mentions to maintain active engagement with followers.
Content Approval – Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for content approvals.
Performance Tracking – Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and XHS best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English and (Mandarin / Malay – if required for your market).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
