Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support with a sense of urgency, energizing customers through better planning, ROI, and follow‑up.
• Act as the first contact for customer complaints and feedback.
• Follow up on after‑service programs to ensure customer satisfaction and capture customer voices.
• Identify and suggest continuous improvement for existing products or based on customer input weekly.
• Maximize value for customers, distributors, and sales channel partners through professional selling and services.
• Prepare timely sales and technical service reports.
• Support cross‑functional activities with relevant departments.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
