Job descriptionPrevious experience as project site operation supervisor or similar role. 2-5 years experience in a similar role or higher. Good working Knowledge of operations principles and policies Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with good interpersonal and able handle the whole operation. Able to work shift and long hour when required. With Bored Piling Work experienced added as advantage. Team leadership. Must possess Own Transport. 6 days working day (Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm)
Overview
- Supervising and training construction workers
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes to reduce costs.
- Execution site operation works as planned by Project Manager.
- Ensure quality and standards are met during operation works
- Monitor and report on site activities to Project Manager or other senior managers as required.
- Capable in solving problems encountered during site operation process.
- Undertake any and all other duties and Responsibilities as instructed by the Management.
