Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a competent and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee substation construction, installation, and commissioning activities. You will ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at the substation site.
• Ensure construction, installation, and commissioning activities adhere to project plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to project managers and senior engineers.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues or non-conformities.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily site reports, work logs, and progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Assist in quality control and ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
