This role blends business analytics, commercial planning, and trade marketing activations, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and executed with excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Drive business analytics and performance tracking across categories and channels.
- Develop and present insights to guide pricing, promotions, and profitability improvement.
- Support commercial planning to ensure gross profit and P&L targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive and evaluate trade marketing activations and optimize return on investment.
- Manage key operational reporting (daily / weekly dashboards) to keep the business on track.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial planning, or category / trade roles.Prior experience in FMCG would be an added advantage.Strong financial and commercial acumen — comfortable with numbers and P&L logic.Proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics / reporting tools.Sharp communication and presentation skills — able to simplify data into clear, actionable stories.Hands-on, independent, and resourceful — thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.Application questions
